Hello,

I’m Stephanie Cadmus. 

 

After 20 years in marketing, both on the agency and client sides of the business, I’ve had the pleasure of working with some of the best creative, media, and tech talent in the Twin Cities. 

 

In 2017, I was motivated to venture out and bring the right talent and personalities together for the work we, and most importantly, my clients, were passionate about pursuing.

 

 

And so began Cadmus Collab - a collective of people looking to do good work in an approachable and effective way, all while having a little fun along the way.

My Story 

My marketing background and experience have always been multifaceted. As an integrated, cross-channel marketing leader, I've had the chance to work with companies in both the business-to-business and business-to-consumer spaces.

 

By creating strategies and developing layered marketing programs that leverage digital, social, and traditional marketing to reach target audiences, I've helped companies grow their brands' loyalty and sell great products.

From the beginning, my marketing focus has been retail, grocery, restaurant, and food manufacturing. In addition to great products and services, these industries offer operators and customers an experience. And for me, these industries involved some of my favorite things: shopping, dining, and cooking!

My Experience 

I've worked with with small brands to international brands, and with people behind these brands.  I've been fortunate to work with organizations that care about their customers, employees  and the quality of their products and services.  

Noteworthy Experience Highlights:

Caribou Coffee

Developed Caribou Coffee's Foodservice brand, marketing strategy and plan to grow their "We Proudly Brew" program, including tradeshow marketing, at client marketing and merchandising, and digital and social assets for program. Creating strong relationships with clients, vendors and Caribou Coffee manufacturing.

Provided multi-faceted marketing programs for retail coffee house locations by providing strategic marketing plans to agency partners and internal marketing team, resulting in integrated cross-channel marketing programs across 15+ unique promotional windows which met or exceeded top priority sales goals.

Hy-Vee

Having 20+ years in marketing, I've had the pleasure of working with brands from both the client side, and the agency side.  On both sides, thinking holistically about a brand's marketing has been key and given me a unique perspective of solving for the current opportunity while keeping the future potential in mind.

Developed and executed a co-branded coffee program with Hy-Vee grocery stores crossing all commercial sales channels of: foodservice, packaged coffee and licensed locations.  Leading the creation of co-branded marketing materials, merchandising and training for employees.

Dawn Foods

Led agency team to deliver cohesive brand positioning and campaigns for the Manufacturing  and Artisan Bakery divisions of Dawn Foods, North America.  Provided marketing strategy, planning, execution and season promotional programs to support sales for both channels.
